How do I book a car?
Choose your dates, select a car and complete the three steps of the booking form: dates, details and review.
Do I need an account?
No, you can also book without one. With an account you can see all your bookings and invoices under My account.
How do I pay?
When booking you pay the 20% deposit online straight away, with your bank or credit card. You pay the rest at the latest two weeks before the start; you will receive a payment link by email for it. If your rental starts within two weeks, you pay everything at once.
Can I pick up at the airport?
Yes. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport is free and possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Cancellation follows the terms under Cancellation in the terms and conditions. To change a booking, use the contact form.
Why do you take photos of the car?
We record the car's condition before and after the rental so there is no discussion about damage.
What do I need at pick-up?
A valid driving licence and a valid passport or ID, plus your booking details. We also ask for a deposit at pick-up; see the terms and conditions.
